Just a quick one though: I would add only that Melody Pond is a Time Lord (without any regenerations left) who doesn't know how to be like the Doctor yet (the mad man with a box).
I suppose the question is: is she really meant to be like the Doctor, just because she's a Time Lady? (She's not even Gallifreyan.) Because then the question is - are all Time Lords/Ladies supposed to be like the Doctor, or possess Doctor-like qualities simply by virtue of their genetics?
