I think, because I watched seasons 1-5 back-to-back, it took me a while to get used to Amy, same with Martha. The two did prove themselves, even with some...questionable writing. >.< However, Amy has taught me a valuable lesson: Give new companions a CHANCE. Rose is my companion, just as 9 and 10 are my Doctors, but I'm finally willing to give the new companions and later regenerations a chance. XD

I openly gawked at her. She does learn her lesson, but there are certain other little things that make me uncomfortable with her character. Anyway, we'll see what's in store for us next year... :)
